🧼 Roaster Care & Cleaning Guide
Clean the Roasting Drum After Each Use
After the machine cools completely, remove the roasting drum and wipe away chaff residue with a dry cloth or soft brush. Do not wash the drum with water.
Empty the Chaff Collector
Empty the chaff collector after each roast. Accumulated chaff can restrict airflow and affect roast quality.
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Every 20–30 roasts, disassemble components and use a stiff brush to clean accumulated coffee oils inside the roasting chamber. Inspect the heating element and fan.
Storage & Ventilation
Always roast in a well-ventilated area or near an exhaust hood. Store the machine in a dry place, away from moisture. Never cover while still hot.
